I have previous work experience in a variety of positions, including retail, customer service/banking, and office work in a healthcare setting. In my most recent position as Department Secretary at Mulberry Street Management, I had many responsibilities such as maintaining client information in a confidential manner, tracking detailed reports on client and company data on a weekly and monthly basis, receptionist duties when needed (greeting guests, operating a multi-line phone system, etc.), and maintaining organization around the office. I have also trained new employees and I successfully added details to the monthly reports including condensing 4 reports into 2, adding totals rows and additional features to existing excel sheets, and cleaning up existing reports, all to make processes easier and more efficient. I recently moved to the Greensboro, NC area and I am seeking employment in an office setting, preferably in the legal field, as I will be attending Meredith College to obtain my Paralegal Certificate in fall 2018.
