Job Description:
Assist Customer in all spare parts related matters. Carry out all necessary functions and correspondence of department to achieve timely and satisfactory customer service.
Responsibilities:
· Processing customer order entry for individual Spare Parts and machine project kits.
· Processing customer quotations for individual Spare Parts and machine project kits.
· Freight forwarding and corresponding import and export delivery documents (domestic and international).
· Assist in inventory control as needed.
· Customer service and office experience with Microsoft Excel and Word are required.
· SAP experience is a plus.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years in customer service and office experience
Hours:
Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm & Fridays 7:30am-4pm
